Marc Bayliss – Maternity Porter

Marc was nominated by a member of staff:

“Mark is always helpful and smiling.

“There was an incident with safeguarding and Marc looked after three young children whilst the mother was in labour. Mark was supportive without being asked to; he went collected bags of toys from the Paediatric department for the children to play with. Marc stayed with the children despite them being challenging and assisted with keeping them safe and well. He was an amazing support in such a difficult situation.”
