2025 Maternity Survey – coming soon

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will soon be conducting a survey to find out about mothers’ / birthing people’s recent experiences of antenatal care, labour and birth, and postnatal care.

This survey is part of a national programme to improve experiences of maternity services.

Your feedback

Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers
are confidential.

If you are invited to take part, you will be sent a letter with details explaining how to participate.
