This is your chance to push your limits, experience an adrenaline rush like no other, and make a real difference in the lives of patients and families. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a first-time adventurer, you’ll have expert guidance on the day to ensure a safe and exciting descent.
When?
Saturday 12 July 2025, 9am to 5pm – you will be allocated a time slot 2 weeks before the event.

Why take part?
We ask all participants to raise a minimum of £200, which will go directly towards enhancing care in the very building you’re abseiling from! You can choose to support:
- Critical Care
- Maternity
- Neonatal Unit
- Theatres & Sensory Equipment
Whichever area you choose, your efforts will have a lasting impact on patients and their families.
Who can take part?
- Minimum age: 16+ (No upper age limit!)
- Weight limit: 100kg
Must be in good general health & reasonable fitness - Time slots will be allocated two weeks before the event (9 AM – 5 PM).
