Light Up A Life

Thank you so much to everyone who supported our Light Up A Life 2024 campaign. We raised a fantastic £3,038, with 451 virtual lights being purchased in memory of a loved one and 63 lights as gift!

Light up a Life raises funds every year to support our Special Care Baby Units and our Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Funds are used to support families staying with their babies in our rooming in rooms or in our accommodation. The charity raises funds each year to provide free accommodation and support to our parents.

Our Light Up Ceremonies were fantastic events and we would like to thank everyone who supported and attended both events. We hope you enjoyed seeing the lights on display at both the L&D and Bedford Hospital throughout December.

Our Light Up Ceremonies will be taking place at Bedford Hospital on Tuesday 2nd December and Luton & Dunstable University Hospital on Thursday 4th December 2025 – save the date! All updates will be posted on our website and on our social media platforms.
