“I have been a patient on Whitbread ward numerous times in the past few years, and currently for the last few months; and I honesty cannot express how grateful I am and feel to have the pleasure of being cared for and treated by the entire team here.

“I personally find it very reassuring and comforting that over the years, a majority of the Team have remained the same – and it clear to myself and other patients that the team you have here go above and beyond. It is hard to narrow it down to some extent, as to whom I feel most gratitude towards – however in the past few weeks I must express my upmost thanks and gratitude to staff Nurse Remy. Remy is an absolutely exceptional Nurse, whom I feel extremely lucky to be cared for at present. I unfortunately contracted Sepsis, and I cannot thank Remy enough for the incredible manner in which she seemed to notice my symptoms, and act upon them accordingly; she went above and beyond for me, and I feel so so fortunate and safe in her care, here at Whitbread ward.

“I would be grateful If she can be recognised for the exceptional Nurse that she is, as I personally cannot thank her enough, for ultimately ‘saving’ me in what could have possibly been quite a clinical medical complication.

“Thank you again to Remy, and the Whitbread Team, you are incredible.”
