What our Maternity patients say

“Molly is a credit to your team, she went above and beyond last month when I found myself unwell after delivery. She did her utmost to ensure I felt less anxious and most of all she helped me maintain my dignity at a time where I felt most vulnerable. I will be forever grateful to her. She is in my opinion the definition of what a Maternity Care Assistant should be.”

“I am pleased to say that every single one of the midwives that I spoke to at the ward were amazing! I can’t remember everyone’s names but I know that Khadijah was amazing. I also wanted to say how thankful I am to Charleigh Davison. She came into my room for about 5 minutes, asked if I needed anything, gave me a hug, supported me and said she’s proud of me. I can’t express how thankful I was towards her for being so mature and so caring. Also, I want to thank my midwife (Michelle) who was absolutely amazing throughout my pregnancy and post-partum journey. She was an excellent midwife who was so supportive and helpful. Additionally, I want to say a big thank you to Rebecca who was the one who delivered my baby. She again, is an excellent midwife who you can see has a passion for her job.”

“Heartfelt appreciation for the nurses in the Maternity ward at the L&D. The dedication, compassion, and professionalism demonstrated by each nurse left a lasting impression on our experience. From the first moments of arrival, to the continuous care provided, your team’s commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of both mother and child is truly commendable. The kindness and support we received during this significant time in our lives made all the difference. The nurses not only displayed exceptional medical expertise but also showed genuine care and empathy, creating a comforting environment during what can be an overwhelming experience. Our heartfelt thanks to each member of the team for your outstanding efforts. Your hard work and positive impact do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the exceptional care provided. Unfortunately we cannot remember all the names but we will list the ones we can: Norah Howard, Alice, Tabs and Esha Malik, Rochelle, Fiona, Kelsey and Denise, Esther and Sheila, Dr Ahmed. S, Manju and Dr Zameer.”
