BMI 40+ without specified co-morbidity

GPs in Beds (not Luton), Bucks (not Milton Keynes) are required to seek prior funding approval from the CCG before referring to Tier 3 weight management.

Tier 4 service is required to seek prior funding approval before accepting referrals for patients in the above catchment to Tier 4.
