South Asian Group Diabetes Education Delivered In Punjabi and Urdu
We offer face-to-face group sessions, delivered by diabetes educators and an interpreter in Punjabi/Urdu for people who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in the last 12 months.
This session runs on a Wednesday 10am – 12:30pm, at a community venue close to Bedford Hospital South Wing. The venue has free car parking and disabled access. Participants are welcome to bring a friend or family member. The session is tailored to the South Asian diet. Tea and coffee is available free of charge.
