Our services provide advice, information and support to women who are experiencing problems with bladder control, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder and vaginal pain and vaginal prolapse. These conditions can affect every aspect of life including physical, mental, social, fertility and psychosexual health. Our services require a team approach, with experts working together in a seamless fashion to deliver good multidisciplinary care.

Luton and Dunstable Hospital offers the following specialist urogynaecology clinics:
- Consultant led clinics to assess prolapse and incontinence
- Perineal Trauma Clinic combined with Colorectal specialists
- Pessary clinics
- Urodynamic Studies & Ambulatory Urodynamics
- Outpatient Cystoscopy
- Outpatient treatment of incontinence (Botox, Bulkamid)
You will be involved in all decisions about your care, and your treatment plans will always be based on what is right for you and your needs.
