Huge congratulations to February’s cohort of the Achieving Care Excellence (ACE) programme!

The innovative ideas created and presented today by Health Care Support Workers reflect the positives changes taking place within our Trust, for both patients and staff.
Remember, what may start as a small idea with a small change, may eventually lead to a big impact.
The purpose of the Achieving Care Excellence programme is to entwine the Trust’s values with empowering each Health Care Support Worker, ensuring they feel valued and their voice is heard.
If you are a Health Care Support Worker who has been within the Trust for more than 6 months and would like to be apart of the ACE programme this year, please contact:

A successful turnout at the communication workshop for all our international recruits!

The main aim behind the workshop was to provide our overseas Nurses the right tools to communicate effectively and have courageous conversations with patients and their families. The day consisted of presentations from external providers, discussions, scenarios and roleplays.
Due to the high demand and positive feedback, the team are already planning the next one. Do keep an eye out for new dates!👀
