About us

We are a team of 3. We offer pastoral and technical support for all HCSW’s from recruitment events and the recruitment process, to on boarding, induction, ongoing development of the A2E programme, Care Certificate teaching and compliance. In addition to ongoing 1:1 pastoral and supportive meetings.

We facilitate shared decision-making forums and Care Certificate workshops.

We support HCSW recruitment events and assist with shortlisting, testing on day of interview and interviewing. We also give feedback to staff and signpost to more support with completing applications or practice papers for the level 2 Maths and English assessment.
