Working on the Bank – Nursing

The Luton & Dunstable University Hospital operates its own extremely busy nurse bank which provides exciting opportunities for registered nurses to gain a wide range of experience throughout a number of specialties.

Our priority is to provide wards and departments with competent, reliable staff nurses and health care assistants who will provide a first class service to the community that access our hospital, ensuring quality, safety and compassion.

Successful candidates are expected to be flexible and reliable; you could find yourself working in a variety of different areas and departments within the Trust.

All bank staff have free access to study days and can choose when and where they wish to work. You will also be in an excellent position to know where and when vacancies arise should you wish to seek a permanent position.
